Teacher: Lisa Winkles
Description: We will cover the 5 components of physical fitness: cardiovascular, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and body composition. Each class will begin with a variety of warm-up exercises/dynamic stretching followed by a group physical activity. The class will end with stretches designed to increase flexibility.
*Homework can be assigned to fulfill the requirements for a PE/Health credit.
Supplies: Must have tennis shoes every Monday.
