Fun w/Math (1st-2nd)

Description: This class will help students with beginning math skills. They will be introduced to addition, subtraction, telling time, counting by 2’s, 5’s, 10’s, and currency.

Second semester will pick up where the first one ended. We will work with place values, more/less/ equal than, fractions, measurements, grouping, and counting money. We will use different techniques to fall in love with numbers.

Class Length: 12 weeks, year long

Homework: 0-30 minutes

Prerequisites: Children must be able to recognize numbers 0-20, and some understanding to 100.
