Exploring Government (9th-12th)

Description: This is a one-semester course for High School students to explore the government of the United States from its beginning to the present with special emphasis on Biblical teachings about government and on the U.S. Constitution. Students will learn about the operations of federal, state, and local government, and about issues facing our nation today. As students understand the background, basis, and operation of American government on all levels, they will become better equipped to remain prayerful, thoughtful, and involved with regard to government.

Class Length: 16 weeks

Homework: 4 hours or more
