Instructions This is the Class Change Submission Form.
Please note that any changes made after early enrollment ends will result in the loss of your $5 early enrollment credit.
Any changes made after December 31st for SPRING classes or July 31st for FALL classes will result in a $20 class change fee.
Any changes made after 8 pm on the 1st day of the class will result in the member being responsible for the cost of the dropped classes and any added classes. There is no guarantee that you will get into your added class.

If you want to drop a class and do not wish to add another, please select NONE in the ADD CLASS sections.
